The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on August 3, 2012. The Petitioner was seeking a permanent variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.001(3), Florida Administrative Code, and with regards to the requirement that foreign graduates have received a determination that the credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
