The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that each establishment have an approved plumbing system installed to transport potable water and wastewater. They are requesting to utilize holding tanks to provide potable water and to collect wastewater at the three compartment sink and the handwash sink.
The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 5 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received before 5:00 p.m.

Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B18-11.001(2), Florida Administrative Code, which specifies that an application file for licensure is not complete unless and until it contains verification of a passing score from examination of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, including Part I, Part II, and Part III. Such verification must be received by the Board office directly from the provider of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners examination. Petitioner is also seeking a variance of waiver of Rule 64B18-11.002, Florida Administrative Code, which states that the Board adopts the national examinations administered under the auspices of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, including Part I, Part II and Part III, as the examination for licensure in Florida, provided that the applicant for licensure has taken and passed all parts of the examination.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is holding a Tampa Bay Next East and South Hillsborough County and Polk County Community Working Group meeting on Wednesday, December 6th, 5:30 p.m. at The Regent, 6437 Watson Road, Riverview, FL 33578. At this second round of Community Working Groups, FDOT will present information about various projects and alternatives being considered.
The Hillsborough County Metropolitan Planning Organization has been invited to present information about their upcoming Long Range Transportation Plan and the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) will present the latest Regional Transit Feasibility Plan information. The format will encourage dialogue to address questions and ideas. The group discussions include topics such as multi-modal transportation and evaluating infrastructure improvements in the context of a comprehensive regional transportation system.
The Community Working Group is open to the public and represents a cross section within the community including individual citizens, neighborhood/homeowner association representatives, civic and faith-based leaders, small business owners and business leaders, among others. Comments may also be received through a written format to TampaBayNext@dot.state.fl.us
