To receive public comments on draft dissolved oxygen and nutrient total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) for impaired waters in the Indian River Lagoon Basin, to be adopted in rule at 62-304.520. TMDLs to be presented at the public workshop include dissolved oxygen TMDLs for Addison Creek (WBID 3028), North Prong of the Sebastian River (WBID 3128), C-54 Canal (WBID 3135), North Canal (WBID 3147), Main Canal (WBID 3153), and South Canal (WBID 3158), and dissolved oxygen and nutrient TMDLs for the Eau Gallie River (WBID 3082), Crane Creek (3085A), Sebastian River above Indian River (WBID 3129A), and the Sebastian River (3129B). A draft TMDL report for these impaired waters will be placed on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl/) by November 21, 2012 and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on these draft TMDLs through December 21, 2012.
