The Violent Crime and Drug Control Council will hold a telephone conference call to discuss issues relating to violent crime and multi-agency or statewide drug control or illicit money laundering investigative or task force efforts. At 2:00 p.m. EST, the FULL COUNCIL will dial-in to hold an “open” Conference Call meeting. ALL Council members and interested personnel may dial-in for the Conference Call meeting.
At the conclusion of the FULL meeting, the Council’s Victim Witness Protection (VWP) Review Committee will dial-in with a different conference code to hold its “closed” meeting to address VWP funding requests.

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Long-term Care Reimbursement Plan. The amendment updates provisions as authorized in the General Appropriation’s Act for State Fiscal Year 2019-2020 and makes technical and editorial changes. The effective date for this amendment will be October 1, 2019.
