- Notices of Petitions and Dispositions Regarding Declaratory Stat (1)
-
Amador Barzaga; The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 44, No. 169, of the August 29, 2018 Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner sought a declaratory statement from the Board regarding the distinction, if any, between the responsibilities in Chapter 468 relating to plumbing inspectors and the responsibilities in Chapter 489 relating to plumbing contractors when performing medical gas inspections. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on November 15, 2018 in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The Board’s Order, filed on December 6, 2018, denies the petition because the petition lacks the requisite components for the issuance of a declaratory statement and Petitioner lacks standing to request the statement.
