- Notices of Development of Proposed Rules and Negotiated Rulemaking (5)
-
The Board proposes the rule development to clarify licensure by examination requirements.
-
To revise the rule as a result of a number of factors, such as changes made to s. 1008.33, Florida Statutes, during the 2017 legislative session as a result of House Bill 7069, federal changes to school improvement, and revisions as a result of lessons learned in school improvement. Changes are anticipated in areas such as the turnaround options, the timing of the options, and the forms needed to implement the options.
-
The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to: (1) clarify that wells, which supply water to public water systems not covered or included in the Florida Safe Drinking Water Act, are included in the definition of Public Water Supply Well; and (2) require applicants or water well contractors applying for a permit to submit complete well completion reports, which will allow the District to more efficiently and effectively protect and manage the water resources.
-

-
The Board proposes the rule amendment to update the rule related to the use of oral cancer screening devises by dental hygienists.
