On December 22, 2014, J. William Beagle, Linda Beagle, Glenn Landers, and Duramax filed a revised petition for variance withdrawing the properties owned by J. William Beagle, Linda Beagle, and Glenn Landers, adding a request for variance to Rule 62B-33.002(18)(c), F.A.C., as well as removing the request for variance to Rule 62B-33.002(63), F.A.C.
The Order, OGC #14-0332, CCCL file number SJ 1172AR, GRANTED the Petition to Rules Rule 62B-33.002(18)(c), 62B-33.002(43), and 62B-33.0051(1)(a)1, FAC., based on a showing that Petitioner demonstrated that a strict application of the rule would result in substantial hardship to Petitioner or would affect Petitioner differently than other similarly situated applicants and because Petitioner demonstrated that the purpose of the underlying statute will be or has been achieved by other means.

Public Hearing of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District to adopt the Florida Forever Work Plan, 2015 Annual Update, included as Chapter 6A; Volume II of the South Florida Environmental Report.
