FDOT District Six will conduct a Project Advisory Group (PAG) meeting for the Venetian Causeway Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study. The study will examine the potential replacement or rehabilitation of the twelve existing bridges (ten low-level fixed spans and two movable bascule drawbridges) on the Venetian Causeway. The PAG is a stakeholder group reflecting the communities, organizations, groups and individuals that will be affected by decisions regarding possible improvements to the Venetian Causeway. The purpose of the PAG is to ensure that the range of stakeholder views regarding possible improvements to the Venetian Causeway is clearly understood and fully considered by the project team, and to help the project team explore how to address the issues and needs that may be identified through the study.
