Rule 65E-14.021(4)(v)3., F.A.C., to permit support services and group services be included as billable services under Prevention-Indicated, which is currently limited by the rule to face-to-face or direct telephone contact with an individual receiving services or a collateral contact where the contact is documented in the individual's service record.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven is holding this design open house to discuss SR 41/ US 301 One Way Pairs project. The limits are from SR 39 to south of CR 54 in Pasco County. The proposed improvements include reconstruction of the existing 2-lane roadway to create a segment of 4-lane divided roadway and two segments of one-way, 3-lane roadways known as one-way pairs that will include curb and gutter and a piped drainage system. A segment of SR 39 will be realigned and improved to a 4-lane divided roadway to create a new intersection with US 301 at the beginning of the project. Bike lanes and sidewalks will be included on both sides of the improved roadways.
