Design-bid-build project for improvements at SR-9/I-95 at Northlake Boulevard (CR 809A) Interchange and on Northlake Boulevard (CR 809A) from Military Trail (SR 809) to Silverthorne Drive in the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County, FL.
The goal of this project is to improve traffic operations and safety at the interchange. This interchange experiences frequent traffic delays and long queues in the existing turn lanes. The project includes widening, milling and resurfacing I-95 and the Northlake Boulevard interchange (Exit 77); widening Northlake Boulevard with the addition of a fourth through-lane in each direction from Keating Drive/Gardens Towne Square to Sunrise Drive; providing triple-left turn lanes and triple-right turn lanes at I-95 northbound and southbound ramp exits.
