The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Jacksonville District announce a series of public meetings to develop an Integrated Project Implementation Report and Environmental Impact Statement consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for the Loxahatchee River Watershed Restoration Project (LRWRP).
The public is advised that it is possible that one or more members of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District may attend and participate in these meetings. No Governing Board action will be taken.

The draft TMDLs to be presented at the public workshop are for Wilson Head Spring (WBID 1329R), Blue Spring (Citrus County) (1329S), and Gum Springs (1338A). These nutrient TMDLs, if adopted, will constitute site-specific numeric interpretations of the narrative nutrient criterion set forth in paragraph 62-302.530(48)(b), F.A.C., that would replace the otherwise applicable numeric nutrient criteria in subsection 62-302.531(2) for these particular waters.
