The intent of this project is to evaluate the need to increase the capacity for the east-west travel demands on U.S. 90 in Milton. Right of way acquisition will be required. The project is funded for design and a portion right-of-way. Construction is not funded in the Five-Year Work Program at this time. This hearing is being held to provide interested persons an opportunity to review the results of the study and to receive input on the remaining alternatives. This hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m., with a formal presentation at 6 p.m. followed by a public comment period. FDOT representatives will be available at the hearing to discuss proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. Your comments are welcome and appreciated.

The petition seeks a declaratory statement from the Office on whether its proposed business model(using the Company's website, a Buyer requests to purchase cryptocurrency from the Company and pays for the purchase. The Company will provide the Buyer with the private keys to access the purchased cryptocurrency, instructing the Buyer to print or store the private keys in a safe location.
