On April 6, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the variance from Rule 67-48.023(2) F.A.C. for St. Andrew Towers I, Ltd., to allow for calculation of the minimum set aside percentage based on income averaging. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on September 10, 2019, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on September 12, 2019 in Vol. 45, Number 178 F.A.R.
