The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Volume 45, Number 78, of the April 22, 2019, Florida Administrative Register. Although petitioner did not mention a specific rule in the petition, it appeared that petitioner was seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B5-14.003, Florida Administrative Code, entitled, “Training, Education, Certification, and Requirements for Issuance of Permits,” which lists the training, education, certification, and requirements for issuance of anesthesia permits.
The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting, held May 17, 2019, in Orlando, Florida. The Petitioner was present at the meeting and requested to withdraw the Petition for Waiver or Variance.
