Permanent Variance from Rule 64E-11.008(6) [current rule citation is 64E-11.003(6)(b)], of the Florida Administrative Code, from Alethea Endicott on behalf of Wine Not Boutique, Inc. Rule 64E-11.003(6)(b), of the Florida Administrative Code, requires in part that at least one utility sink or curbed cleaning facility with a floor drain must be provided and used for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water or similar liquid wastes. The Petitioner requests a permanent variance from the rule to allow the Petitioner to use a self-contained mopping apparatus used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions that will be available for use at all times.
