that on June 3, 2020, the Department entered an Order Granting Petition for Variance from Rule 14-73.001, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). On April 27, 2020, the Department received a petition for variance from the provisions of Rule 14-73.001, F.A.C., from Flagler County, Florida. Rule 14-73.001 establishes requirements for the recipients of the Department’s transit grant funds. The Department granted the variance because Flagler County, Florida, has satisfied the requirements for a variance under Section 120.542, Florida Statutes.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven is hosting a Cultural Resources Coordination (CRC) Meeting for the Tampa Interstate Study (TIS). The purpose of the meeting is for agencies to discuss the status of FDOT’s implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement (1995) and the cultural resource activities associated with the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS).
