The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to attend a meeting to provide details on the upcoming construction project at I-75 and University Parkway, in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida. Improvements being made as part of this project consist of constructing a Diverging Diamond Interchange, adding an auxiliary lane on northbound and southbound I-75, new bridges on
I-75 over University Pkwy., widening of University Pkwy., widening of I-75 bridges over Erie Creek and Foley creek, realignment of on- and off ramps at I-75 / University Pkwy., ponds and drainage improvements, new lighting and signalization, construction of a noise wall on the west side of I-75, sidewalks, bike lanes, and pedestrian walkways. Stevens Duval, a 52-unit multifamily residential rental development located on or about 601 N. Ocean St., Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. The owner and operator of the development is SP SD Apartments LLC, 5403 W. Gray Street, Tampa, FL 33609 or such successor in interest in which SP SD Apartments LLC, or an affiliate thereof, is a managing member, general partner and/or controlling stockholder. The prospective manager of the proposed development is Cambridge Management, Inc., 2430 Estancia Blvd., Ste. 114, Clearwater, FL 33756. The tax-exempt bond amount is not to exceed $4,840,000.00.
All interested parties may present oral comments at the public TEFRA hearing or submit written comments regarding the potential bond issuance for the development being financed. Pinellas County will conduct a Kick-Off Open House for the San Martin Boulevard over Riviera Bay Bridge Replacement PD&E Study. The study will evaluate rehabilitation or replacement of the bridge within the project limits. A separate component of the project will evaluate trail enhancements from Macoma Drive to Gandy Boulevard. This Open House will provide an opportunity for the community to provide input and comments early in the study process. These public meetings are intended for stakeholders including providers of home and community-based service (HCBS) programs under the 1915(c), 1915(i), and 1915(k) Medicaid authorities. In March 2014, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued a final rule for home and community-based programs, the HCB Settings Rule. These public meetings will give stakeholders a general overview of the federal rule and introduce the draft HCB Characteristics Review Tool–Residential Settings and the HCB Characteristics Review Tool–Non-Residential Settings for public input. When finalized, providers will be able to use these tools to self-assess their settings in order to be compliant with the HCB Settings Rule. The meetings held from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. will be open to all stakeholders and dedicated to the Long-term Care Waiver, Project AIDS Care Waiver, and Traumatic Brain Injury/Spinal Cord Injury Waiver. The meetings held from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. will be open to all stakeholders and dedicated to the Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting (iBudget) Waiver.
The Agency for Health Care Administration (Agency) will post the draft tools on its website beginning July 10, 2015 through July 30, 2015. The HCB Characteristics Review Tools can be viewed on the Agency’s website at the following link: http://ahca.myflorida.com/Medicaid/hcbs_waivers/index.shtml.
