The City of Titusville has scheduled a public hearing during the City’s monthly Council Meeting for the Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study along Park Avenue from South Street (SR 405) to Garden Street (SR 406). This is the second public meeting to be held as part of a community-based evaluation to provide for the long-term multimodal needs of the corridor. The hearing is scheduled to be held during the City’s Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the City of Titusville City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 555 S.
