The Petition was received by the Department on April, 16, 2013 and a Notice of receipt was published in the Florida Administrative Register on April 29, 2013. The petition requested a variance from Rule 62-604.400(2)(a), F.A.C., to be exempted from the requirement to install an on-site emergency generator at an existing Pump Station located at 2202 SW 26 St., Miami, FL.
