Tentative Program of Work for Fiscal Years July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Three hereby announces an ePublic Hearing for the Tentative Program of Work for Fiscal Years July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025 to which all persons are invited.
The ePublic Hearing Tentative Work Program Citizen’s Plans, maps, and other information will be posted and available continuously for access from 9:00 AM (Central), Monday, October 7, 2019, through 9:00 AM (Central), Monday, October 14, 2019.
Two Public Outreach Workshops will be held, concurrently, Tuesday, October 8, 2019, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Central) at the following locations:
• FDOT Midway Operations Center, 17 Commerce Boulevard, Midway, Florida 32343
• FDOT Ponce De Leon Operations Center, 1723 Sunrise Circle, Ponce De Leon, Florida 32455
FDOT staff will be available during this time to discuss the District’s Tentative Work Program and answer questions.

Comments must be submitted or postmarked by Thursday, October 24, 2019 to be a part of the official record.

Federation Gardens I & II, a 161-unit multifamily residential rental development located at 10905 SW 112th Avenue and 10911 SW 112th Avenue, Miami (Unincorporated), Miami-Dade County, FL. The owner and operator of the development is Federation Gardens Preservation LP, 250 W 55th Street, 35th Floor, New York, NY 10019 or such successor in interest in which Federation Gardens Preservation LP, or an affiliate thereof, is a managing member, general partner and/or controlling stockholder. The prospective manager of the proposed development is SHP Management Corporation, 7 Thomas Drive, Cumberland Foreside, ME 04110. The tax-exempt bond amount is not to exceed $42,955,000.00.
All interested parties may present oral comments at the public TEFRA hearing or submit written comments regarding the potential note execution and delivery for the development being financed. Written comments should be received by Florida Housing by 5:00 PM (Tallahassee local time), October 1, 2019, and should be addressed to the attention of Tim Kennedy, Assistant Director of Multifamily Programs. Any persons desiring to present oral comments should appear at the hearing.
If requested in writing, a fact-finding hearing will be held in the county where the property is located. When possible, the local hearing will be held before the formal TEFRA hearing and comments received at the local hearing will be placed on record at the TEFRA hearing.
