- On January 26, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an amended order granting waiver of Rules 67-48.004(3)(c) and 67-21.003(8)(c), F.A.C. from Coral Bay Cove, LLC, granting Petitioner the use of bonds issued by Miami-Dade County instead of Corporation-issued bonds; granting a waiver of the requirement of RFA 2016-109 so that it will not be required to have a submitted a letter from Miami-Dade County in its application; and denying Petitioner's request for waiver of the requirement of RFA 2016-109 so that it will not be required to pay 15% of the total proposed equity by closing of the Miami-Dade bonds. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on November 13, 2017, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on November 15, 2017 in Vol. 43, Number 221, F.A.R.
- On January 26, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of Rule 67-21.003(1)(b), F.A.C. from Oceanside Housing Partners, LP, permitting Petitioner, nunc pro tunc, to close its construction financing without paying the 15% of total equity. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. - On January 26, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of Rule 67-48.0072(26), F.A.C. from West Lake I, Ltd., establishing March 21, 2018 as the Firm Commitment Deadline, concurrent with the Loan Closing Deadline. Petitioner's request to waive the extension fee is DENIED as moot. Project Description: Wekiva Parkway Section 7A Construction
This project will construct 3.5 miles of limited access toll road along the existing State Road (S.R.) 46 corridor from a half mile east of Wekiva Park Drive to Orange Boulevard. The project also includes parallel, non-tolled, one-lane frontage roads for local travel. Roundabouts are planned as safety enhancements at the intersections under the parkway. Lighting is planned under the bridges and on frontage road approaches to the roundabouts. Work is scheduled to begin in February - March of 2018.
