- On April 17, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the variance from Rules 67-21.027(1), 67-21.003(1)(b) and 67-48.023(2) F.A.C. for Ambar Key Homes, Ltd., to allow for calculation of the minimum set aside percentage based on income averaging. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on January 29, 2019 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on January 31, 2019 in Vol. 45, Number 21, F.A.R.
