- RuleNo:61A-2.014:Applications.
On March 27, 2013, the Division received a Petition for Variance or Waiver in which the Petitioner, Anheuser-Busch, LLC, requested a waiver of Rule 61A-2.014, F.A.C., Subsection (6), which requires all directors or officers of a corporation with an interest in an alcoholic beverage license to file a set of fingerprints at the time of making application for a beverage license or at the time an interest is created after a license has been issued. The notice of receipt was published on the Florida Administrative Weekly website on 4/11/2013 Vol. 39/71.
On April 25, 2013, the Division received a notice of withdrawal by and through the Petitioner’s undersigned counsel hereby withdrawing its Petition for Variance or Waiver filed on May 3, 2013, after learning that certain industry members planned to oppose the Petition. Having fully considered the complete record of this case and pursuant to the request of the petitioner, the Division hereby ordered that the Petition for Variance or Waiver dated April 25, 2013, shall be dismissed.
- Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board
- notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance, filed on January 30, 2013, by Anthony Graziano. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 39, No. 35, of the February 20, 2013, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 2, 2013. The Board’s Order, filed on April 29, 2013, granted the petition finding that Petitioner has established that the Board’s full application of Rule 61J1-4.010(1)(c), F.A.C., to his circumstances would violate principles of fairness and would impose a substantial hardship on him. Petitioner established that the purpose of the statute would be met by other means by the granting of the petition.

The Board’s Order, filed on April 29, 2013, granted the petition finding that Petitioner has established that the Board’s full application of Rule 61J1-4.007(6)(b), F.A.C., to his circumstances would violate principles of fairness and would impose a substantial hardship on him. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 39, No. 52, of the March 15, 2013, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 2, 2013.
