Project Description: From west of Mosswood Drive to east of Pineapple Avenue
FDOT is conducting this Public Hearing to inform and receive comments from the public. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2016. This project includes roadway resurfacing, upgrading of signing and pavement markings, a safe pedestrian path at Stewart Avenue, Access Management improvements at Cypress Avenue, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility improvements, as well as aesthetic improvements within the Eau Gallie Arts District. The hearing will be conducted in an open house format from 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. with FDOT staff and project team representatives who will be available to answer questions and provide information. Display boards will be present and a brief presentation will be given at 7:00 p.m. with a court reporter present to record the public comments. Following the presentation, FDOT staff and project team representatives will be available to answer additional questions about the project. The Department invites public participation and welcomes comments on the proposed improvements.
