- On August 30, 2019 the Division issued an order. The Final Order was in response to a Petition for a temporary Variance from Orange Park Kennel Club d/b/a bestbet Orange Park, filed July 26, 2019, and advertised on July 30, 2019 in Vol.45, No.147, of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the petition. The Final Order on the Petition for Variance grants the Petitioner a variance from Rule 3.11.3, A.S.M.E. A17.3, 1996 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001 Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators fire fighter service because the Petitioner has demonstrated that the purpose of the underlying statute has been met and that Petitioner would suffer a substantial hardship if required to comply with this rule (VW 2019-145).
