12D-13.056. Record of Tax Certificates Sold

Effective on Tuesday, April 5, 2016

1The following information must be recorded:

7(1) The information required in Section 13197.432(9), F.S.

15(2) The cancellation of tax certificates, including date of cancellation.

25(3) The date a certificate, or portion of a certificate, expired or was redeemed, purchased or transferred, and the name of the transferee or person redeeming or purchasing it, including the amount paid.
