15A-10.017. Personnel Policies and Procedures

  • 1The written policies and procedures pertaining to the selection and training of personnel shall include descriptions and documentation of the following:

    22(1) Job classifications, including exempt and non-exempt status, job descriptions, and pay plans.

    35(2) Procedures for personnel selection and appointment.

    42(3) Insurance plans as required by state and federal law.

    52(4) Procedures for establishing and maintaining personnel records.

    60(5) Requirements that all instructors, evaluators, Special Supervision Services Evaluators, and clinical supervisors be certified by the state and attend biennial mandatory training.

    83(6) Annual and sick leave policy.
