15A-7.015. Commercial Driver's License for Hardship Purposes Only

Effective on Thursday, February 26, 2009

1The department will not issue a hardship commercial driver’s license authorizing a person to drive a commercial motor vehicle if the person’s commercial driver’s license is disqualified, suspended, revoked, or canceled.
