20-91. Adoption Of Special Campaign Marketing Orders |
1In addition to any other notice given, all direct notices mailed to handlers shall be sent certified mail, return receipt requested.
22(1) Notice of a public hearing on implementation of a proposed plan for a special campaign under Section 40601.152, F.S., 42for a variety or varieties of citrus fruit in fresh form, shall be mailed only to those handlers defined in Rule 6320-91.001, 64F.A.C., who hold, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid packing house registration certificate.
81(2) Notice of a public hearing on implementation of a proposed plan for a special campaign under Section 99601.152, F.S., 101or a type or types of processed citrus product shall be mailed only to those handlers defined in Rule 12020-91.001, 121F.A.C., who hold, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid processing plant registration certificate.
