25-22.045. Subpoenas

Effective on Monday, May 3, 1999

1When the proceeding is before the Commission or member thereof, subpoenas may be issued by the presiding officer or the Office of Commission Clerk on subpoena forms supplied by the Commission. When the proceeding is before an administrative law judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, subpoenas may be issued by the Administrative Law Judge.
