27M-1.002. General Policy (Transferred)  


Effective on Thursday, February 21, 2002
  • 1(1) Employees and non-employees traveling on official business are expected to exercise the same care in incurring official expenses that any prudent person exercises when traveling on personal business.

    30(2) It is the responsibility of the traveler to be familiar with these rules and be knowledgeable of the reimbursement expenses.

    51(3) It is the general policy of the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to reimburse employee’s travel and entertainment expenses on a reasonable and actual basis, subject to any limitations provided for in this rule.
