27M-1.015. Exemption from State Contract Rates (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, February 21, 2002

1In the event that an employee or officer of the Office receives a quote for travel expenses less than what the traveler would pay using the State of Florida contract rates, the Office is exempted from using the contract rates and the traveler will be reimbursed for the lower rates. This exemption applies to hotel accommodations, airfare, or rental vehicles. Explanation of the lower rates shall be provided by the traveler on Form RG-OFC2 and Form RG-OFC3.
