27P-14.009. Notification of Change in Owner/Operator Status
Effective on Thursday, June 1, 1995
1The facility owner or operator shall promptly inform the Commission and the Committee of any changes in information necessary for developing and implementing the emergency plan, and any changes in information included on filings with the Commission or Committee, as such changes occur or are expected to occur. In the event that the ownership of the facility changes, the successor entity shall submit supplemental filings to the Commission, Committee and fire department, identifying the successor entity and that the filings are being made due to a change in ownership.
