28-24. Land Planning - Part Ii Developments Presumed To Be Of Regional Impact |
Effective on Tuesday, July 25, 1989
1Subject to Section 4380.06(2)(d), F.S., 6any proposed retail, service or wholesale business establishment or group of establishments which deals primarily with the general public on-site, operated under one common property ownership, development plan, or management that:
37(1) Encompasses more than 400,000 square feet of gross area;
48(2) Occupies more than 40 acres of land; or
57(3) Provides parking spaces for more than 2,500 cars.
