29D-6.015. Other Dispute Resolution Processes
Effective on Tuesday, July 5, 1994
1(1) In addition to the RDRP under Section 9186.509, 10Florida Statutes, parties may consider the applicability of other resolution processes within Florida Statutes, including: Intergovernmental Coordination Element, Section 29163.3177(6)(h)(1) 30& (2), F.S., Port Master Plans, Section 37163.3178, F.S.; 39Community Residential Homes, Section 43419.001(5), F.S.; 45Cross Acceptance Negotiation Process, Section 50186.505(22), F.S.; 52Location of Spoil Sites, Section 57380.27, F.S.; 59Administrative Procedures Act, Chapter 120, F.S.; Florida Governmental Cooperation Act, Chapter 164, F.S.; Mediation Alternatives to Judicial Action, Chapter 44, F.S.
80(2) When appropriate, parties may obtain a stay of judicial or administrative proceedings to provide time for RDRP negotiations.
