29H-5.0001. Purpose

1The purpose of this Chapter, 29H-5, F.A.C., is to establish rules of procedure for decisions determining substantial interests. The 20Council shall follow the Model R26ules of 28Procedure, Chapter 28-106, F.A.C., 32of 33the 34Administration Commission.
