29I-1. Organization, Purpose And Operations |
1(1) The principal office of the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council is located at 1926 Victoria Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33901-3414. The office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All official forms, publications or documents of the Council are available for public inspection at the Council’s principal office during regular business hours.
58(2) All information requests are fulfilled in compliance with the Florida Public Records Law, Chapter 119, F.S.
75(3) Copies of the Council’s forms, publications and official documents prepared for public dissemination are available as follows:
93(a) Public agencies, defined as those organizations representing the public; government agencies situated in the State of Florida receive Council publications at no charge.
117(b) Private organizations situated in Florida and all parties outside of Florida can receive Council publications at cost.
135(c) Publications out of print or singular documents are available for inspection at its principal office. Persons wishing photocopies may receive same at cost.
