2A-7.006. Information Release to Law Enforcement Agency

Effective on Wednesday, May 4, 2011

1A request from a law enforcement agency for release of records in a participant’s file shall be made in writing to the department and shall contain the request date, the name of the participant and a copy of the active arrest warrant.
