33-404.2096. Emergency Placement in Mental Health Treatment Facilities

Effective on Tuesday, March 1, 2011

1An inmate who has a mental disorder and is in immediate need of care and treatment as defined in Section 21945.42(5), F.S., 23that cannot be provided at the institution where the inmate is currently housed may be placed in a corrections mental health treatment facility in accordance with Section 50945.44, F.S.
