34-13. Gifts And Honoraria |
1(1) The following persons or entities are prohibited from providing an honorarium to a reporting individual or procurement employee:
20(a) A political committee;
24(b) A vendor doing business with the individual’s or employee’s agency;
35(c) A lobbyist who lobbies the agency of the reporting individual or procurement employee; or
50(d) The employer, principal, partner, or firm of a lobbyist.
60(2) A political committee is prohibited from providing expenses related to an honorarium event to a reporting individual or procurement employee, unless such expenses are primarily related to contributions, expenditures, or other political activities authorized pursuant to Chapter 106, F.S.
