34-17. Review, Investigation And Hearing Of Referrals |

1The person accused of breach of public trust shall be the respondent. Respondent shall be the only party unless consolidation of referrals is granted. The Advocate shall be a full participant in the proceeding and shall present all the evidence relevant to the cause that was produced by the preliminary investigation and such additional evidence as may be obtained through discovery or further investigation.
