34-5.0006. Filing and Serving Documents; Facsimile Transmissions

Effective on Tuesday, July 28, 1998

1Pleadings and other documents under the rules of this chapter shall be filed and served in accordance with Rule 2028-106.104, 21F.A.C., whether in paper or electronic form, and shall contain the information required by that rule.
