34-8. Disclosure Of Financial Interests |
1(1) The Commission on Ethics has the responsibility pursuant to Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution, to prescribe forms for disclosure of income sources and amounts and the rules under which such forms are to be filed, which rules shall include disclosure of secondary sources of income. In addition, the Commission is authorized by Section 56112.3147, F.S., 58to prescribe forms required for use in making the disclosures required by Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution, and by Section 79112.322(9), F.S., 81to adopt rules interpreting the disclosures established by Article II, Section 8, Florida Constitution. The forms for full and public disclosure shall be prescribed in accordance with the rules of this chapter and adopted by reference herein.
118(2) As used in this chapter and as referenced in the electronic filing system created and maintained by the Commission as provided in Section 142112.31446, F.S., 144unless the context otherwise requires:
149a. “CE Form 6 – Full and Public Disclosure of Financial Interests” means the fields of information required to complete the full and public disclosure requirements of Section 8, Art. II of the State Constitution, as set forth by the instructions available at 192www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16531 194(4/2024).
195b. “CE Form 6F – Final Full and Public Disclosure of Financial Interests” means the fields of information required to complete the final disclosure statement required by Section 223112.3144(10), F.S., 225as set forth by the instructions available at 233www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16533 235(4/2024).
236c. “CE Form 6X – Amendment to Full and Public Disclosure of Financial Interests” means the fields of information required on an amendment to a full and public disclosure of financial interest submitted pursuant to Section 272112.3144(11), F.S., 274as set forth by the instructions available at 282http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16535 284(4/2024).
285d. "CE Form 1 – Statement of Financial Interests" means the fields of information required to complete the statement of financial interests requirements of s. 310112.3145, 311Florida Statutes, as set forth by the instructions available at 321www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16537 323(4/2024).
324e. "CE Form 1F – Final Statement of Financial Interests" means the fields of information required to complete the final disclosure statement required by s. 349112.3145(2)(b), 350Florida Statutes, as set forth by the instructions available at 360www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-15817 362(1/2024).
363f. "CE Form 1X – Amendment to Statement of Financial Interests" means the fields of information required on an amendment to a statement of financial interests submitted pursuant to s. 393112.3145(13), 394Florida Statutes, as set forth by the instructions available at 404www.fl.rules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16539 406(4/2024).
