38K-1.004. Issuance of License (Transferred)  


Effective on Tuesday, October 20, 1998
  • 1(1) In order to be eligible for a license to operate a vending facility, an applicant must be:

    19(a) Legally blind as defined in 2534 CFR 395.1, 28Terms, and Section 31413.033(1), 32Florida Statutes;

    34(b) A citizen of the United States;

    41(c) Eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

    50(d) Possess a high school diploma or equivalency.

    58(2) The Division shall issue a license to operate a vending facility after an applicant has satisfactorily completed the Application for the Vending Facility Training Program and the subsequent Vending Facility Training Program (See subsection 9338K-1.013(2), 94F.A.C.).

    95(3) The license shall be continuously valid, subject to:

    104(a) The licensee’s continuing to meet the requirements of licensure;

    114(b) The voluntary relinquishment of the license;

    121(c) Death of the licensee; or

    127(d) Revocation of the license as set forth in Rule 13738K-1.0041, 138F.A.C.
