38K-1.039. Determination That a Client Has Been Rehabilitated (Transferred)

Effective on Monday, February 13, 1984

1A client shall be deemed to be rehabilitated, after an appropriate stabilization period, when a vocational rehabilitation goal suitable to the individual’s physical and mental abilities and limitations and other personal circumstances has been achieved.
