40A-44.051. Exemptions

Effective on Monday, March 27, 2017

1(1) Activities specified in Section 6373.406, F.S., 8are exempt from this chapter.

13(2) Projects permitted pursuant to this chapter are exempted from the provisions of Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., as long as the land served by the project continues to be used for agriculture or forestry.
