40B-2.361. Renewal of Permits

Effective on Monday, March 24, 2014

1(1) An application for permit renewal may be made at any time within one year of the expiration date, unless the permittee can show good cause for earlier consideration. All permit renewal applications shall be treated in the same manner as the initial application.

45(2) All permit renewal applications shall be processed in the same manner as the original application and shall contain reasonable assurances that the proposed water use meets all of the conditions for issuance in Rule 8040B-2.301, 81F.A.C., and the Water Use Permit Applicant’s Handbook.

89(3) If an application and appropriate fee for renewal are not received either prior to or on the permit expiration date, the permit shall expire without any action by the District.
