40B-4. Works Of The District Permits |
Effective on Monday, October 14, 2013
1The permittee or operation and maintenance entity shall regularly inspect and maintain the work or development to insure that:
20(1) All erosion is controlled and soil is stabilized to prevent sediment discharge to waters in the state.
38(2) The work or development does not become clogged or choked with vegetative or aquatic growth to such an extent as to render it inoperable.
63(3) 64All structures within the work or development shall remain in an operable condition and shall be free of obstruction and sediment.
