40B-9.161. Violations

Effective on Sunday, May 31, 2009

1(1) Pursuant to Section 5373.613, F.S., 7failure to comply with any provisions of these rules is a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in Section 28775.082 29or 30775.083, F.S.

32(2) The penalties specified in these rules are cumulative and do not supersede other legal remedies available to the District.
