40D-2. Water Use Permits |
Effective on Monday, May 19, 2014
1Each individual WUP shall authorize water use for as many of the following use types as are applicable, and shall be classified according to the use type for which the greatest use of quantities are authorized. Permit use types are as follows:
43(1) Public Supply Use,
47(2) Landscape/Recreation Use,
50(3) Agricultural,
52(4) Industrial/Commercial,
54(5) Mining/Dewatering Use,
57(6) Other Use, and
61(7) Institutional Use64.
